.In our office in Madrid, we are seeking a strong Operations Strategy Program Manager with experience in managing and governing annual strategic cycles and working with strategy processes, including facilitating the process and developing the associated strategic outcomes. Moreover, in this role, you would be working closely with the COO in preparing relevant Operations board material for KK Group.This role is a part of Operations that requires working closely across all Global Operations within relevant areas related to governing, facilitating, and managing the process yearly within the following functional areas:Manufacturing consisting of 7 factories and expandingQuality, Safety, and Environment (QSE)Supply Chain Management, including Customer Service, S&OP, Supply Chain Architecture, Global Procurement, and Supply Chain ExcellenceManufacturing Technology, including footprint development, cost management, new product introduction (process part), and Manufacturing ExcellenceResponsibilitiesGeneral Operations governance linked to KK's overall yearly wheel, including deliveries and deadlines.Running the yearly strategy process within Operations, initially for the COO and COO leadership team, with potential support for other functions inside Operations.Ensuring Performance Business Review Meetings are prepared with powerful and well-organized presentations in close collaboration with the Operations Analyst, PA, and the COO Leadership Team.Running various Operations strategy-related projects, if needed.Supporting the COO Leadership Team in creating presentations that are crisp, clear, understandable, and highly professional.Preparing board-level decision and/or information material.Leading the development of regular presentations and analysis related to various business decisions and/or presentation materials.Co-responsible for defining reporting structures in close collaboration with the COO Personal Assistant and the COO Leadership Team, ensuring repeated presentations and reporting are done in an orderly way.Our requirementsBachelor's degree with significant content in business strategy, preferably within Supply Chain/Operations.Experience in strategy development and execution is a must.Basic management skills.Good project management skills in handling strategic processes, developing, and facilitating the process of updating or creating strategies and associated material.Very strong skills in preparing board-level decision and communication material in PowerPoint.Positive and collaborative approach with a high degree of energy and ambition.Ability to multitask, flexibility, and robustness.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.We offerAt KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions
