As a Operations Specialist, you will be mainly responsible for Hotel Robson and reporting directly to Spain Operation Coordinator.

Your Journey Administrative Assistance Documentation and Records: Manage operational documentation and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly filed.
Reports: Assist in preparing operational reports for the Local Operations Coordinator by gathering relevant data and presenting it in an organized manner.
Operational Support Plan Implementation: Execute operational plans developed by the Local Operations Coordinator, ensuring proper implementation on-site.
Task Monitoring: Monitor and report progress on assigned operational tasks, ensuring completion within set deadlines.
Practical Task Management Cleaning Tasks: Perform cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring company cleaning standards are maintained at all times.
Minor Maintenance: Conduct minor maintenance tasks, such as small repairs, light bulb changes, and furniture adjustments.
Routine Inspections: Carry out routine inspections of facilities to identify cleaning and maintenance needs, reporting any issues to the Local Operations Coordinator.
Personnel Coordination Support Task Distribution: Assist in distributing daily tasks to cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring each team member knows their responsibilities.
On-Site Supervision: Supervise staff work on-site, ensuring tasks are performed according to company standards.
Customer Service (Slack) Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to address their immediate concerns and requests, providing quick and effective solutions.
Problem Resolution: Resolve minor customer issues on the spot or report larger problems to the Local Operations Coordinator for resolution.
Communication Information Transmission: Communicate guidelines and decisions from the Local Operations Coordinator to operational staff, ensuring clear understanding.
Incident Reporting: Inform the Local Operations Coordinator of any significant incidents or issues that occur during the day.
Logistical Support Supplies Management: Assist in managing supplies and equipment, ensuring cleaning and maintenance staff have necessary materials for their tasks.
Equipment Transport: Transport tools, supplies, and equipment between locations as needed.
Basic Training Training Support: Assist in training new employees in basic operational tasks, including cleaning and maintenance.
On-Site Orientation: Provide practical guidance and support to new employees during their first weeks on the job.
What do you bring to your trip Degree in Tourism or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Tourism sector.
Native Spanish and professional-level English.
Schedule 5 days a week from 10h to 19h Rotating weekends (2 weekends per month).
Driver's license: B license Good level of computer skills Willingness to take on challenges in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
