Position: Operations SpecialistWe are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our HQ in Barcelona. Your main responsibilities are:
Manage CPO software services by ensuring the performance of our operations exceeds the contractual agreements.Onboard and support SMB clients of our B2B charger management software solution.Coordinate and track end-to-end order to cash activities (reporting, invoicing, and payments).Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Support, and Finance, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.Gather customer feedback and insights, serving as the voice of the customer within the company.Qualifications:4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist/Manager or similar positions.Strong customer-centric mindset with an understanding of defining, measuring, and improving customer experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
