Our client, a prominent sportsbook dedicated to providing an unparalleled betting experience is currently searching for an experienced Operations Specialist/Affiliates Manager for Mexico to join their friendly team based remotely.
Responsibilities: Regularly collect player feedback, analyse user needs, and continuously optimise the player experience.
Monitor data, track key metrics, analyse data trends, and adjust operational strategies accordingly.
Develop and acquire new affiliates to platform, improve the user acquisition, improve the player conversion rate.
Guide affiliates to be adapted to the affiliate program Manage the affiliate relationship and encourage them to actively cooperate with the platform.
Cooperate with the affiliates and bring/retain the VIP customers.
Handle player complaints and issues promptly, providing feedback and coordinating solutions.
Work closely with the marketing and promotion teams to support brand awareness and product promotion plans.
Leverage internal and external resources to facilitate joint activities and cross-industry collaborations.
Research industry trends and competitors' operational strategies to provide optimisation suggestions for the game.
Stay updated on emerging operational trends to ensure the platform remains competitive in the market.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Computer Science, Game Design, or related fields preferred.
1-3 years of iGaming industry experience.
Candidates with industry resources, agency resources, and player resources will be preferred.
Proficient in data analysis tools with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Keen insight into the iGaming market, understanding player psychology and behavior.
Passionate about the iGaming industry Strong team collaboration, stress management, and execution abilities.
Proficiency in English is a must, and native level Spanish.
