Operations Project Manager Southern Europe Location: Italy, Germany, Spain Reporting to: Head of Operations & Strategy Southern Europe Odeon Cinemas Group & UCI/CINESA is the most important European cinema circuit, present in Italy, Germany, Spain & Portugal; with over 100 multiplexes.

Job description: Lead the enhanced operational project management agenda across cinemas, working with departments to ensure collaboration, cooperation effectiveness and efficient implementation to maximise business results.
Building key partnerships cross functionally, develop and implement plans to drive innovative solutions and better ways of working.
Your tasks: Lead and drive the implementation of new projects in Operations Department Lead and manage current Operations projects (ATM/Kiosks project implementation, efficiency project, Vista implementation) and run new Operations projects for entire South Europe cinemas Monitor Support Office and Cinema projects implementation, Coordination with all parties involved in the process making Follow-up of projects regarding error analysis, improvement potentials, etc.
