As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders.
We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.About the role:We are looking for an Operations Project Manager who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done!This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with defined goals, objectives, and timelinesCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverablesMonitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to different stakeholdersIdentify potential project risks and issues, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project successConduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvementAbout you:+ 3 years in a project management role or consulting background, with a successful track record of managing and delivering complex projectsBachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)Fluent English and Spanish.
Other languages are a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniquesThank you for considering joining Fever.
