As an Operations Program Manager, you will regularly work with Product leaders to solve some of our most pressing strategic, business, and operational challenges.
What You'll Do: Product & Technology Operations: Lead data operations and secondary research for new products, including introducing core-to-products analytical models and data mappings for data-first products. Implement and scale capabilities leveraging technology, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, and applying proprietary assets such as our data harvesting technology. Continuously prioritize to deliver high-quality deliverables against workload.
Customer & Vendor Success: Build programs to engage vendors and customers; collaborate with technology and product partners to automate those programs. Partner with sales & service enablement on training program & resource development for a One: Many approaches to educate frontline associates. Create and operate a customer support function to respond to internal and external inquiries as well as aggregate VOC feedback to pass along to product and engineering teams.
Operations Leadership & Problem Solving: Implement innovations and measure success using scalable analytical methods and automation. Apply Lean Product principles in your day-to-day problem solving and lead knowledge sharing sessions. Able to effectively and efficiently translate operational and 'big picture' understanding into metrics-driven thinking. Continually innovate on quality, processes, and productivity drivers.
What you'll bring to the team: Grad/Post-Grad with 4-6 years of experience in process operations.
Excellent command over written and verbal communication. Proficient in business communication.
Ability to handle difficult stakeholders - exhibit courtesy, empathy, and apply understanding to all interactions.
Proven ability to independently drive & execute operations scaling initiatives.
Understanding of complex technology products & able to comfortably learn about new ones.
Excellent attention to detail, including ability to identify, dig into, and remedy errors.
Experience in client-facing roles & knowledge of a CRM tool is a plus.
Microsoft Office expertise – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare documents and execute them in a timely manner.
Ability to coach/mentor team members.
Passion for continuous, metrics-based process and operational improvement.
