Job Description:

Strictly comply with the plant's Safety and Quality requirements. Motivate the rest of the teams to comply with them.
Management of continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools for this purpose (data analysis, work in interdisciplinary groups, communication, Ishikawa diagram, etc.).
Management of multidisciplinary work teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, HR, Finance).
Determine and establish clear and precise objectives. Clear orientation to achieve results.
Clear and precise communication. Provide clear information to the rest of the team participants.
Manage and maintain in correct disposition the documentation of all actions, projects, etc.
Provide specific training to partners.
Support plant operations when necessary.

Key Ingredients:

1 to 3 years of experience in food manufacturing and in process development, focus on improvement.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
