Operations Manager With Fluent English And Spanish

If you have at least 7 years of experience as Operations Manager and a business-oriented mindset, don't miss this opportunity!

Tasks In your day-to-day, you will be: ? Achieving set KPI´s on numbers delivered and quality of training

? Achievement of best pricing practices to maximise margin and benefit to the company

? Devising and delivering optimal implementation planning processes

? Overseeing the preparation and delivering suitable training models

? Being the reliable and senior point of contact for each allocated stakeholder group

? Working closely with other heads of departments to improve performance and efficiencies, especially marketing, data and product teams

? Obtaining and filing compliance checks at international level eg certifications checks, insurance, data protection etc

? Overseeing performance related data on a daily basis and relevant stakeholders

? Anticipating and watching for red flags and provide solutions

Requirements You're the person we're looking for if: ? You have between 7-10 years of experience as Head of Operations / Senior Ops Manager

? You have experience in the financial planning and forecasting, as well as P&L management

? You have a high level of English and Spanish. Any other languages are a plus

? You have a strong business acumen

? You have excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint, CRM (like Hubspot), and project planning tools such as Trello and Slack

? You're used to auditing performance metrics at high level (data analytics)

? You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

? You have great project management and leadership skills

? You have a superb time management and problem solving skills
