Operations Manager
We're looking for an Operations Manager value stream reporting to a Production Director of the Department.
He/she will be responsible for controlling and coordinating all the Production activities, in compliance with the Company's Safety, Quality, Service Level, Productivity and Cost objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing all the productive filling plant daily.

Your main focus:
Guarantee the production plan complying with safety, quality, service, and cost standards.Solve the daily issues and lead the teams.Consolidate the implementation of Systems, solve problems, standardize production processes and maintain continuous improvement at the Manufacturing.Develop and motivate middle managers.Actively participate in investigations arising from incidents / accidents that may occur at the plant.Lead the investigations / root cause of the quality nonconformities in the different lines.Manage planned breakdowns and stops ensuring compliance with the production plan (daily, weekly, and monthly).Report KPI's and follow-up production efficiency.Ensure compliance with established GMP's standards.Make proposals for continuous improvement actions.Lead and motivate Production Managers team (Process Engineers, Shift Leader, and Maintenance Area).Participate in Granollers Compelling Business Needs.Build the necessary systems to increase the capacity of the facility (improve OEE, build flexibility, track monthly capacity, production basics, visual management).Improve the capability of the fragrances' teams: develop AM, PM, Settings cards, C/O, Standardization, Visual management, DMS, and problem-solving.YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Other than that, you:
Hold a superior degree in technical fields (engineering or similar).Have 4+ years of production processes management experience in the manufacturing industry.Possess a problem-solving oriented work attitude.Exhibit methodical and analytical thinking combined with perseverance to lead transversal teams in a changing work environment.Master the English language on a near-native level.OUR BENEFITS
