Job Description Summary
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and organizational transformation within the country commercial team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness, and standardization within the assigned territory and functions as a right hand to the General Manager.
This individual will lead strategic initiatives to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance overall performance to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Operational Excellence Leadership:
Optimize operational processes and workflows to improve productivity.
Standardized ways-of-working are defined and maintained by aligning with peers from other direct countries and regions.
Ensure that the region adheres to the set standards.
Identify opportunities for improvement across departments and functions, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.Change Management and Transformation:
Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate the vision for operational excellence and gain buy-in for transformation initiatives.Continuous Improvement Culture:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by applying LEAN methodology across the organization, encouraging employees to identify and implement process enhancements.Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and action. Required Qualifications Proven experience in operational excellence, process improvement, and transformation leadership roles.Strong understanding of Lean principles, methodologies, and tools.Demonstrated track record of driving significant process improvements and operational efficiencies.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.Experience with SalesForce.com and/or Vistex is a plus.Fluent in English and Spanish.
