The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills,a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and proficiency administrative skills.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising various departments, especially front desk and retreats department.
You will ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Your role will involve developing operational policies and procedures, managing retreats BEOs, embrace Cal Reiet´s mission and vision and ensuring compliance with labour and health and safety regulations.
You will also be responsible for training and developing staff at the front office and dealing with the hotel Manager in addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the hotel.
• Manage the front office, retreats requests and in house guests.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and develop staff.
• Address guest complaints and concerns.
• Coordinate with head of departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the property.
• Handle together with hotel Manager emergency situations and incidents.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Plan and execute special events in the premises.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers.
