MLF-2406-208 OPERATIONS MANAGER VALENCIA Multinational company belonging to the pharmaceutical industry , is looking for an Operations Manager for their plant located in Valencia .
As an Operations' Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and quality while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include managing teams, optimizing processes, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the achievement of operational goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage and optimize the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and products while minimizing costs and inventory levels.
Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliable supply of goods and services.
Implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in all aspects of operations.
Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or service industry.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management, process optimization, equipment design, and manufacturing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM).

Experience with CAD/CAM software, manufacturing simulation tools, and statistical analysis software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Minitab).
