This role involves providing comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and contributing to various business functions.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Assist in managing projects, writing project memos, and overseeing project management tools.

Research: Conduct research on various topics, including new software tools, HR matters, and industry trends.

Documentation: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various business processes.

Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Notion, Airtable, and G-suite for effective project and task management.

Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
