Based in Granada, Spain, and with a presence in over 35 countries, we are a leader in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.Role SummaryThe candidate will play a key role at REGEMAT 3D, managing daily operations and ensuring operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, the manager of operations will be responsible for implementing strategies that align with the company's long-term vision, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a high-performance culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.Collaborate with the executive team to set objectives and performance metrics.Lead process improvements using technology and best practices.Manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.Lead and develop the HR team, promoting excellence and professional growth.Negotiate licensing, rights, and IP agreements with suppliers and clients.Oversee the execution of board decisions, supporting the President and CFO.Coordinate the search for new solutions to expand our product portfolio.Support the company's M&A strategy.Manage subsidiaries and negotiate distribution agreements.Lead talent acquisition efforts.Negotiate with investors and capital providers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, engineering, lifesciences or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree will be a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in operational leadership roles.Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).REGEMAT 3D BenefitsSupportive and dynamic team environment.PTO, including vacation and sick days.Short work hours on Fridays.Competitive salary (fixed and variable pay).Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Location: Full-time, on-site position in Granada, Spain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
