This is an individual contributor role, where you will provide critical support in overseeing the company's operational processes, improving workflows, and implementing innovative strategies that include process optimization initiatives, such as AI integration. You will play a key role in supplier and procurement management and will lead various project management initiatives to drive operational excellence and growth.As Operations Manager you will also be responsible for assisting in risk management initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of company insurance programs. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is highly versatile, requiring a proactive, hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple tasks, support cross-functional teams, and facilitate smooth communication across the organization.About the jobObserve, analyze, and review existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Collaborate with teams to develop and implement streamlined procedures, ensuring that strategies and processes align with company goals and objectives.Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration, especially in implementing operational improvements.Utilize data analytics tools to monitor operational performance, generate insights, and support informed decision-making; and use such data to generate regular reports on operational performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources (both human and financial) to achieve operational excellence and cost efficiency.Work closely with the Finance department to assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational activities.Coordinate with external stakeholders (e.G., suppliers) to negotiate pricing, maintain relationships, and ensure optimal service delivery.Assist in developing and refining company policies, procedures, and goals that align with the company's mission and vision.Support the Director of Operations in developing and executing innovative operations strategies that drive company growth, efficiency, and performance
