We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our company.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage global operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality performance.Manage relationships and contracts with partners and customers, acting as the main liaison with law firms to address legal and regulatory needs.Own and oversee global operational processes end-to-end, from initiation to delivery, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.Ensure operational excellence by driving process optimization, reducing inefficiencies, and minimizing costs.Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable and measurable plans for all regions.Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the Operations team.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline workflows and achieve shared goals.Oversee financial performance, including budget management, cost optimization, and financial planning to ensure operational sustainability.Identify and mitigate potential risks, including operational, financial, and compliance-related risks, while developing contingency and crisis management plans.Support business development efforts by enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.Report customer project accomplishments and deliverables to management monthly.Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness, and increased customer satisfaction.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in a senior leadership role within Operations, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex processes and drive results.Strong understanding of core business functions, including Revenue, Finance, Planning, Project Management, and Operations.Extensive experience in strategic planning and business development within a global or regional context.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Distinguished time management, organization, and planning skills are essential.A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines.Key QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and manage transformation initiatives.In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, operational best practices, and market trends.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Proficiency in business and operational software systems, with the ability to implement and optimize their use.High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.At Eron International, everything starts with our values#Be Direct: we are direct and genuine in all situations.
