The Operations Lead is a pivotal role to oversee, coordinate and promote consistency and adherence to processes, procedures and licensing requirements across all aspects of the Spanish Market.The role holder will work closely with the Country Manager for Spain who is responsible for delivering the overall performance in this market.They will coach and support the Country Manager for success in the following areas:Management of day-to-day operations and projects to deliver revenue and optimize costsCoordination of the regional and central teams in market with the operational teams in Ceuta.Cost control, budgets and forecastingOverseeing compliance and regulatory requirements, working with product teams and aligning with all departments (Digital, CRM, ARM, Social teams, etc.)
