Role: Operations Graduate Ebury Malaga - Hybrid: 4 days a week office based working, 1 day working from home.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments (AML and Sanctions, Compliance, Sales, Development etc.)
Manage incidents across Customer Payments, ensuring these are managed and closed out effectively and in a timely manner Uphold, transmit and reinforce company and departmental values Monitor limits for Verto Payouts (and other LPs) ensuring exposure remains within appetite Support Business Transformation Support Design for payment flows in Emerging Markets Support Design for new currencies Support planning and coordination of the testing of new Products / Currencies / Capabilities Support SEPA project Support migration to ISO messages, including Testing Build trust & gain support from relevant stakeholders Develop and Assist MVP (minimum viable product) for new partners prior to Money Flows integration Support the delivery of projects and initiatives across the business, ensuring the delivery of objectives and inclusion of any relevant governance without impacting project incentive Support the implementation of Audit requests and recommendations Payer ID / Ebury IBAN management (Implementation of new Payerid with alternative providers) Maintenance of schemes such as Faster payments Managing Payment Initiatives and working with Product team to implement Support with the ongoing identification and management of risks regarding Payments and the corresponding controls Requirements: University degree Working knowledge of desktop based office software such as MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure Diligent, with good attention to detail Effective research skills with an ability to find solutions independently Good communication skills, both written and verbal Fluent in English, both written and spoken Co-operative, and comfortable working in a team environment Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures Motivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success About Us Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
