Operations Engineer - (C700)

What's your role? There are 3 aspects of this job: Process : You are responsible for different processes of the platform: from the need analysis to the monitoring. You will be able to launch experiments to help the company grow and reach its objectives, and then scale them working with all product teams. Tooling : Prepare and implement tools that will allow local teams to solve and simplify tasks (extract data, transform it based on teams needs, create easy-to-understand visualization). Product : Your main role toward the Product Management team is to bring the Operations mindset & knowledge to the feature design process and roadmap planning, ensuring relevancy. What do you need? You have studied engineering, analysis, statistics, supply chain projects, product operations or equivalent experiences. You are fluent in both French ???????? and English ???????? - and you are eligible to work in Spain. You are talented in SQL and Excel, with an understanding of data structures and visualization tools. You have a natural ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, with a user-centric mindset. You're autonomous and proactive. You're able to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and requests without breaking a sweat (or a tiny bit). You have the ability to design and implement experiments by determining key metrics, collecting key data and analyzing results. Fundamentally empathic to the user needs in all markets. Advise Product Teams to help define key challenges to tackle. Help the local operations team with any data or tool they need. Create and automate processes to reach our objectives. Run experiments to identify unique market needs. Handle country specifics use cases and fine-tune our solutions for the best market-fit. Get feedback, align and accompany local teams throughout features life-cycle. Become a trusted partner for our product, engineering and operations teams understanding how your team can help contribute to driving our overall mission. Be able to offer new features ideas to the Product team based on operational needs. Why would you join us?
