As a South Europe Operations Director for Industrial Refrigeration and HVAC, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the Installation operations across South Europe countries. You will be responsible for leading and managing installation teams, ensuring project success, and driving overall business growth within the industrial refrigeration sector. Identify operational and growth opportunities, market trends, and capabilities required to expand within the HVAC&R industry. Lead and manage a team of installation managers and technicians across multiple countries. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
