Operations Director

The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading European Solar Investment platform looking for an Operations Director to play a pivotal role in consolidating their new brand in Spain.Responsibilities:- Implement and improve operational strategies and processes that align with the company's growth objectives.- Manage installations of solar PV projects (Industrial Self-Consumption), including engineering, procurement, and project management.- Involved in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the company's standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.- Have the opportunity to build and lead your own operations team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive the success of the business.- Ability to travel as required.Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Spanish solar PV Self-consumption industry.- In-depth technical knowledge of solar PV installations, electrical systems, and construction processes.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels- Familiarity with CRM systems and other IT tools used in project management and operations.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Language skills: professional proficiency in Spanish and English.Our client offers the opportunity to be the driving force behind the growth of a new brand within a rapidly expanding international solar company with a presence in multiple European Countries as well as a highly competitive salary package with a fixed and incentive scheme.#J-18808-Ljbffr
