Currently, we are in search of a Director of Operations:
Our partner, a start-up based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has over 150 employees in just over 2 years, with international presence and an AI application that offers various marketing and growth techniques, aimed at maximizing benefits for its clients (SMEs).
Misión:
We are looking for a Director of Operations whose mission will be to ensure global operational efficiency, leading teams and optimizing processes to ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives of the Kit Digital project, contributing to the company's growth.
El Rol:
Global supervision of operations related to the Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.
Coordination of various operational processes related to the Kit Digital: client acquisition, file processing, customer experience, solution quality, etc.
Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch.
Identify and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation.
Conduct reports and presentations to management.
Qué buscamos:
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
Previous experience in supervising complex operations, with a focus on optimization and process improvement.
Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people).
Ability to hire, train, and develop talent, creating a productive and cohesive work environment.
Capacity to plan, execute, and lead operational projects from design phase to implementation.
Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, among others.
Familiarity with the Kit Digital or similar programs is a plus.
Qué Ofrecemos:
Permanent contract.
Negotiable salary based on experience (f+v).
Bonus based on the achievement of your team's objectives.
Offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This position requires living on the island of Tenerife or relocating (with tax residency in Spain).
Remote work: 2 days a week.
