Currently, we are looking for a Director of Operations
Our partner, a start-up based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and another in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has more than 150 employees in just over 2 years, with international presence and an AI-based application that offers various marketing and growth techniques, aimed at maximizing benefits for their clients (SMEs).
Mission:
We are seeking a Director of Operations whose mission will be to ensure global operational efficiency, leading teams and optimizing processes to ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives for the Kit Digital project, contributing to the company's growth.
The Role:
Global supervision of operations related to Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.
Coordination of various operational processes related to Kit Digital: customer acquisition, processing of files, customer experience, quality of solutions, etc.
Management of teams located at the Tenerife branch.
Identify and lead improvement initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in computer engineering or similar.
Previous experience in supervising complex operations, with a focus on optimization and process improvement.
Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people).
Ability to hire, train, and develop talent, creating a productive and cohesive work environment.
Ability to plan, execute, and lead operational projects from the design phase to implementation.
Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a results-oriented approach.
Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, among others.
Familiarity with Kit Digital or similar programs will be a plus.

Permanent contract.
Negotiable salary based on experience (f+v).

Offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
This position requires living on the island of Tenerife or relocating (with tax residency in Spain).
Remote work: 2 days a week.
