This is a recognition of the Institute's commitment to developing an HR Strategy for Researchers, designed to bring the practices and procedures in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers (Charter and Code).About the roleAs a pivotal member of our team at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), you will take on responsibilities investigating and resolving operational processes on a daily basis contributing to the project National IMPaCT-Data. Leveraging your skills and problem-solving abilities, you will meticulously investigate issues to identify their root causes. Once pinpointed, you will apply your expertise to implement effective solutions, ensuring the seamless functioning of the EGA services and databases. Through your proactiveness, you will not only address immediate challenges but also contribute to the continuous improvement and streamlining of our operational processes, driving our organisation and project success
