THE JOB You'll be part of our high performing Supply team, and your purpose will be to plan, monitor, and guarantee the supply of ingredients and packaging for the fulfillment of weekly production plans.
Your main responsibilities will include: Maintain robust supply communication with suppliers and internal factories (Toledo Sevilla).
Analyze production plan n+1 and n+2 to ensure all raw materials are needed on time.
Manage supply issues such as supplier orders delay, supplier orders advance, trucks arrival, and production adjustments.
Introduce Intrastat orders and request new material into the system.
Check and approve new designs while following up AAFF Flow between Marketing and Supplier.
Manage tank concentrate orders (pineapple and orange), as well as quinine orders.
Approve PCN requests.
Check block materials pushing to find solutions.
Keep supply check points in labels and caps for purchase orders replenishment.
Compare safety stock of raw materials versus real stock to balance them.
