Your roleWe are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be mainly responsible for the Granada and Sevilla markets and reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
Your JourneyManage and monitor cleaning and maintenance schedule and performance.Perform cleaning and maintenance inspections.Restock our warehouses and conduct inventories.Maintain a safe work environment and promote positive team dynamics.Assist with administrative work.Ensure that our guests have the best experience during their stay.Contact suppliers, be present during visits, and collect quotations.Interact with the support center for customer service solutions.Coordinate site operations.What do you bring to your tripA minimum of 1-2 years in the tourism industry (either in food and beverage services or customer service).Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Ability to interact with various levels, both internally and externally.Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box, and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to changes.Passionate, proactive, hands-on, dynamic, and energetic.Confident working in cross-functional teams.Comfortable in a start-up environment.Diversity and SustainabilityAt Olala Homes, we take pride in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality and diversity.
