The Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and documentation of our operational processes. You will be responsible for developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments, conducting thorough research to support process improvements, and ensuring seamless administration of our CRM systems. This role will also collaborate closely with various teams to ensure streamlined workflows and optimal data management, driving continuous improvement across our operations. ? What this job involves: Process Development and Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistency, clarity, and efficiency across all departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current processes and recommend improvements. Research and Optimization: Conduct research to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize existing workflows. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity. CRM Systems Administration: Support the administration and upkeep of our CRM systems. Ensure data accuracy, manage system updates, and assist teams in using CRM tools effectively for day-to-day operations. Collaborate with various departments to integrate CRM processes seamlessly into broader operational workflows. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Assist in creating reports and insights to track performance and operational metrics. Support the team with data analysis, ensuring that decision-making is backed by relevant data. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Manager and other teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and implement process improvements across the organization. ? What you need to have: Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role. Strong knowledge of process management and documentation best practices. Experience with CRM systems and data administration. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
