In this role, you will work closely with the local finance team (Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll) and be involved in the development of controlling standards and the execution of daily financial processes and controlling tasks. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities in Finance & Controlling at a production site, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and young talents looking to develop a career in Finance and/or Controlling. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of controlling standards and reports (in close collaboration with the Senior Plant Controller). Support month-end closing processes (SAP, D365). Take responsibility for month-end closing tasks (e.g., accruals, provisions, settlement of production orders). Perform business analytics (monthly and ad-hoc). Contribute proactively to budgeting and reporting processes. Support the preparation of business cases (including investment planning). Assist with daily financial processes (AP, GL, CAPEX, etc.). Provide support for financial accounting and basic payroll processes (knowledge sharing and backup within the team). What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of experience in finance processes (e.g., Finance, Accounting, and/or Controlling). Relevant educational background (e.g., a commercial academy graduate, certified controller, or similar qualifications, as well as graduates of Finance & Controlling studies). Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required. High motivation to work in Controlling (systems, processes, data, people) and support daily financial processes as a generalist in the local team. A strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks. Self-organized and hands-on working style. A passion for building efficient structures and processes. Experience with ERP systems and related technologies (SAP, Dynamics AX/D365, MS365, Excel, MS Office). High level of integrity due to the sensitive nature of the work. Erfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie ist bevorzugt, aber nicht erforderlich.
