Be a part of a team where you will: Proactively manage the Glovo network on the day of the operation, controlling cities and countries, fleet capacity and partners;Become decision making driven and used to an incomplete information situation;Deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local operations at all times;Handle proactive contingency day planning during times of disruption;Optimize delivery times with direct impact on avoidance of cancellations of orders;Become the main trigger of the operational levers, improving the network capabilities;Ensure the stability of day-to-day operations. You have: Proven experience of minimum 1 year in an Operations Control Center;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track thousands of movements every day;B2 level of English, both written and spoken;Proficient in MS Office, G-docs and call center equipment/software programs;Excellent abilities to work in a team but to also act independently when needed;Capability to work under pressure in a changing environment;Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights and occasional holidays;Positive attitude and open for changes.
