The Operations Team at GuestReady is hiring!
This is an amazing opportunity to join an award-winning, high growth company already well established in Portugal, Dubai, France, and the UK and growing rapidly in Spain.
ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and solving operational issues in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and ensuring guest and host satisfaction.Using our software, manage and prioritize maintenance tasks across our portfolio each day, to make sure everything is being resolved on time, in the right order of urgency.Liaise with both guests and homeowners to make sure issues are being resolved to everybody's satisfaction.Assist with dealing with contractor invoices, payments, and overall management.Assist the rest of the Operations team with any duties required to look after our homes.Routinely and proactively following up with the operational teams and contractors on any services required.Responsible for ensuring our homes are in an excellent state at all times, ensuring priority and urgency of cases.Dispatch, coordinate, and oversee maintenance contractors to carry out tasks across our homes on a daily basis. RequirementsFluent in Spanish and English - any additional language would be a plus.Located in Valencia.Experience in reception, tourism, hospitality (required).Willingness to work at weekends.Available to work at any schedule, including shifts until 9 pm.An individual who's able to work under pressure being calm and composed.Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem.Experience in delivering host-focused solutions based on their need and satisfaction.Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues.Multi-tasker, organized and able to manage time efficiently and juggle lots of competing priorities.Detail oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail.Willingness to learn and develop self.Capable of building a rapport with just about anyone and have excellent relationship-building skills.Able to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards.
