We are looking for a dynamic, versatileOperations Assistant, who is eager to join our team in La Palmera, one of the newest student residences in Seville, built in the heart of Avenida de la Palmera, one of themost exclusive areas of the Andalusian Capital.
Reception: You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phoneYou manage reservations and therefore thecheck-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys,cards and informationYou receive & manage the mail and parcelsYou monitorthebuilding and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering,maintenance &gardening) You apply the neccesaryprotocols in emergenciesReservations and sales You supportthe administration officeYou manage the reservations, also those of the common roomsYou accompanyvisitors and future clients during open days, atour of the facilities, etc.You accompany the companies during inspection visitsYou contribute to the direct salesThisrolerequires you to work in shifts, with arotating schedule of 40-hours a week, planned within Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pmwith correspondingweekly breaks and holidays.
