What will your role look like?
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Assistant to join our admin and operations team. The successful candidate will coordinate and implement operations and people processes to support our growth objectives.
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to prepare and submit financial documents, ensuring timely processing of reimbursements and service invoices.
Assist in administrative tasks related to people management, including maintaining records and supporting HR functions.
Manage team access and administration of software and tools such as Microsoft Office 365, ClickUp, and Zoho.
Support time-off requests and manage team calendars to ensure efficient scheduling.
Assist in coordinating company events, travel, meetings, and training sessions to facilitate smooth operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the company's smooth operation.
Requirements
Must-haves
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
Experience with people management software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, Workday) is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Familiarity with financial processes and experience handling financial documents is a plus.
