Operations Assistant

Role Purpose: Participate in all facets of support and administration mainly in warehouse operations, covering inbound and outbound transactions and maintaining high-quality standards in adherence to standard procedures and regulations. Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities Perform general office administrative and clerical duties. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain ongoing communication with other departments of the company and with other related groups of companies or affiliates. Participate in various mandatory trainings provided and required by the company such as Safety Training, DQMP, SWA, HR learning and development programs, and Food Safety Training. Education/Work Experience Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome. One (1) year minimum of directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in business software specifically Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledgeable in effective electronic communication, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and business software (ERP or WMS - Warehouse Management System). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
