Operations Assistant

An Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily activities within the operations department of a company or organization. They work to ensure smooth, efficient processes and assist the operations manager or team with administrative and logistical tasks. Operations Assistants often handle various duties, including tracking shipments, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, preparing reports, and assisting with data entry and scheduling.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations role is beneficial.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with operations management software is a plus.Basic knowledge of supply chain management and inventory practices.Job Type: Full-time
