FlyBy is the fastest growing flight academy in Europe, located in Burgos, Spain.FlyBy is a Flight Training Academy registered with the Spanish Civil Aviation Authority and recognized under EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency).FlyBy has its own maintenance organization (Part-CAO) looking after our fleet of 45 airplanes and 3 simulators.FlyBy has over 350 students from 112 different nationalities.Due to our expansion of flight and theory operations from our new base in Logroño, we are looking for a talented Operations and Customer Support leader.Key Responsibilities: Dual responsibilities in operations and customer support.Operations:Liaise with students when changes to flight schedule occur.Constant communication with Ops headquarters in Burgos.Customer Support:Attending to students for non-training related matters with support from head office: accommodation, shuttle, etc.Experience, Technical Requirements & Qualifications: Advanced user in Excel.Languages: English and Spanish .Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service representative.The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.Availability to live in Logroño.Own vehicle.Skills: Communication skills.Teamwork and interpersonal skills.Patience and customer service skills.Organizing and maintaining records, files, and databases.Strong organizational skills.Problem-solving skills.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.What we offer: Full-time permanent position in a fast-growing company with growth options.Roster of one week on / one week off.Competitive salary.Please include salary expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
