We are Safeguru, an E-Commerce specialized on industrial safety products and personal protective equipment, leader on health and safety digital content.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. The Customer Success Internal Support Representative will be responsible for providing the support required to the Customer Success representatives, gathering the information required, acting as a bridge between Customer success and Purchasing, communicating with customers and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. You should be able to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

What would be your responsibilities?

Providing support to Purchasing team.

Liaising with our warehouse and transport companies to ensure delivery dates are met.

Acting as the link between Operations  and Sales Team.

Supporting Operations on specific activities in order to get the information required for opportunities with customers.

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

Staying informed about competing products and services.

Becoming an expert in health and safety at the workplace and our products and understanding their use and benefits.

Being a customer advocate on every task while capturing feedback and reporting requests to Purchasing and Management.
