We take pride in fostering supportive, human-led, group learning environments that build technical proficiency and confidence in participants.Your impactThe Operations Analyst (OA) collaborates with our Program Managers and assists in the management of Correlation One's live, online training programs that serve hundreds of students at a time. The OA works with the Business Operations and Curriculum teams, contracted instructors, and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects to uncover insights about our data and/or digital skills training programs.A successful Operations Analyst is a quick learner with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently. They have an interest in changing lives through education and a desire to work on larger and/or different programs as we continue to scale.A day in the lifeAssist with preparing and launching Correlation One training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication.Collaborate with the Product and Operations team to run our business operations, focusing on our data science and data analytics training programs.Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional manner.Perform anecdotal & statistical analysis on our collected product data to uncover actionable insights across different distribution channels, geographies, and client segments.Complete ad hoc projects related to our data science and data analytics training programs.Manage the live class operations on Saturdays.Your expertise0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner.Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients.Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
