As a key part of our Customer Operations Support team, you'll collaborate closely with a team of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders and shipments for our EMEA customers. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving challenges, and is comfortable working with a diverse set of data and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment Support: Manage the full cycle of order fulfilment, including creating, modifying, and cancelling orders as needed. Customer Queries: Address transactional queries related to lead times, shipment statuses, and related logistics, providing accurate and timely updates to our valued customers. Data Reporting Analysis: Support team data reporting activities, including pulling data, analysing reports, and updating dashboards (training provided). Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logistics performance. Process Documentation: Develop and document new workflows to streamline processes and support training efforts. Collaborative Problem-Solving Focused: Proven track record of working well in teams and solving cross-functional issues with a proactive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience in customer or product supply chain management. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or related field. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables, etc.) and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint. Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, change-oriented environments.
