Job Responsibilities and Functions: The main function of this role is to coordinate and control the daily, weekly, and emergency software deployments into production and infrastructure changes minimizing the impact to the business operations assuring availability and performance.
This role reports directly to the Change and Release Manager.
Your main Accountabilities and Functions are: To lead the weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) as the change manager where the changes are approved or rejected, also implementation dates and methodology are reviewed.
To provide information about the changes, before, during and after the implementation, and communicating it to the business key contacts and technical areas, including senior management.
To follow procedures about change management and be able to handle exceptions and prioritize urgent changes.
To coordinate emergency changes, software deployments and data loading into production after getting approval from all stakeholders and senior management.
To understand the business requirements and the Infrastructure objectives & plan Required Skills and Experience: Strong Technology Background, managing servers, networks, workplace or similar.
Previous experience in IT Operations or similar technology functions Experience in automation Experience using languages such as Python, Java, Go or similar Good Problem Solver and Results Orientated Advanced English is a must
