Operational Risk Expert (F/M/D)

As an Operational Risk Expert, you will be responsible for supporting operational risk management processes within the division and working closely with the central T&S Operational Risk Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated, while fostering a strong risk culture in the division.
What you will do:

Advise the division on operational risk matters and internal controls
Coordinate and facilitate operational risk assessment processes and workshops
Identify risk factors and monitor mitigating actions
Report operational risk events and analyze root causes
Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
Contribute to strengthening the operational risk management culture

What you bring & who you are:

Experience in risk management, especially operational risk
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Familiarity with risk assessment and control processes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
