Management of a team of around 20 tele actors working in the call centerMonitoring the sales force in terms of KPIs and analysis of performanceDevelop strategies to keep your team motivatedQuantitative and qualitative analysis of campaignsMonitoring quality proceduresYour profile:
You have experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment like a call center (At least 2 years motivating and listening to your team)You have a background in marketing or business in the medical or pharmaceutical industry and are passionate about itYou come from B2BYou have a professional use of Excel or Microsoft AccessLOCATION: Barcelona
