Operational Manager (Commercial Manager).

From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we are looking for an Operational Manager - (Commercial Manager) .The resource is part of the Innovation Team and will take part in international projects.Scope of Duties:Negotiating contracts with key suppliers and leading clients.Responsibility for financial performance, KPIs, and KFIs management.Business budgeting and planning.Company standards compliance guarding.Human resources and administration management.Flagging up issues to senior management to minimize impact.Reporting directly to the CEO.Requirements:Engineering degree or any industrial qualification. Legal and/or commercial and/or financial background.More than 10 years in a manufacturing industry (in companies with turnovers between 15-50 million euros per year) with a clear track record of his career.Strong purchasing experience.
