DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a candidate to lead a team providing operational support to our internal business units. You will coordinate efforts, prioritize tasks, and manage documentation to ensure smooth purchasing and spend management processes.

Key job responsibilities
- Provide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team across multiple locations
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the team
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team members
- Manage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectively
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
- Previous experiences managing a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Any of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese
