We are seeking a candidate to lead a team providing operational support to our internal business units. You will coordinate efforts, prioritize tasks, and manage documentation to ensure smooth purchasing and spend management processes.

Key job responsibilitiesProvide hands-on operational guidance and support to the team across multiple locationsConduct quality checks to ensure consistent performance and compliance of the teamServe as the subject matter expert and primary point of escalation for team membersManage support resources for external teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and informationCollaborate with internal departments (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and address queries effectivelyBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalentExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysisExperience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processesPrevious experiences managing a teamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAny of the following languages: Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese, PortugueseAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
