Workload: 100% Implementing a Business Process Management (BPM) structure at Axpo will drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization.
By leveraging a data-driven approach, we aim to optimize processes, foster ongoing enhancement, and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with Axpo's strategic objectives.
What you will do: Map out workflows, simulate scenarios, and identify improvements for BPM integration.
Create insightful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
Work with data from various sources to provide insights and support decision-making.
Maintain accurate BPMN models representing business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
What you bring & who you are: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; BPMN 2.0 certification preferred.
2-4 years of hands-on Data Analytics experience; 2+ years of SQL experience.
Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.
Experience in process modeling with DSLs such as BPMN.
Strong analytical and presentation skills with a focus on process improvement.
Fluency in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
