Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe Operational Excellence Manager will be part of the SCIB Global Team in the Service & Delivery Management.As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play an important role in defining & implementing a Quality Framework to ensure a smooth operation and continuous improvement of our service delivery.You will be responsible for managing improvement processes, implementing lean methodologies, tracking KPIs, and facilitating improvements across our stakeholders.Your positive, respectful, and constructive communication skills with adaptability to balance individual and group stakes and manage uncertainty will help you to acquire an overview of our service operations.With your coordination skills, you will act as a bridge between IT teams and countries fostering collaboration and driving operational excellence.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Define & implement SCIB Global Quality Framework, to ensure the right level of data quality, to measure an indicator which truly reflects the services we are providing.Lead process management initiatives, help prioritizing and identifying areas for improvement.Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement like changes/support and training.Develop and maintain good relationships with the SCIB domains to act as an interface between business and IT teams.Lead the transformation on the way of working across our organization.Drive continuous improvement operational requirements and translate these into actions for quality and processes improvement by interacting with employees and other teams.Create and track an Operational Excellence maturity model within SCIB Global Organization.EXPERIENCEHave experience setting high expectations, reporting and analyzing KPIs at an executive level.Working knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.).Proven strength in problem-solving and advanced data/statistical analysis.Demonstrable experience changing the IT operations process & procedures.EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, IT Engineering or similar. Master's degree in finance, Business or Computer Science is an advantage.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEBe innovative and creative, to suggest improvement actions.Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean.Think out of the box.Problem analysis and solving capabilities.Have good communication & collaboration ability.Be able to adapt & embrace change.Be able to deal with complexity and uncertainty.Have a good level of English.Team and Stakeholders Management.Fluent in English.Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.JOB-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIESExperience in process improvement, based on Data Driven Model.Experience in defining an IT Quality Model.
