Summary:The Operational Excellence Manager leads operational improvement projects within the Contract Fulfilment Airlines team, driving performance enhancements and customer satisfaction.
Acting as both a facilitator and project manager, this role ensures the effective planning, execution, and integration of multiple initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:Assess existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement strategies that foster continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability.Support teams through skill development and collaboration programs, promoting a culture of recognition and learning.Lead knowledge management process implementation in collaboration with Service Management and RMC Center of Excellence.Coordinate with stakeholders for the as-is assessment, the To-Be definition, and implementation.Determine objectives, implementation strategy, and timelines.Promote the knowledge management culture in the Contract Fulfillment AIR organization.Inventory and review existing information, identifying gaps.Recognize or articulate knowledge, turning tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Define processes and develop workflows, envisioning and articulating the ideal end state.Create, maintain, and enhance a process database.Establish and monitor process documentation, implement measurement of impact, and coordinate knowledge sharing.Review and maintain Role & Responsibility descriptions and knowledge accountability.Build SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Define strategy and implementation plan related to workforce knowledge enhancement.Implement and maintain the new onboarding process (check-in, training academy, and shadowing).Design trainer role description and responsibility.Establish recurrent training on tools and applications.Implement and maintain framework and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on data management and governance.Facilitate the identification, discussion, and prioritization of improvement strategy and actions.Coordinate the implementation of improvements and evaluate effectiveness through KPIs.In collaboration with Contract Fulfillment AIR Leads, coordinate the implementation of OTC (Order-to-Cash) system maintenance, and contract Fulfillment tools.Implement related KPIs.Facilitate the definition and implementation of Contract Fulfillment sanity checks and service quality monitoring.
