About Our Client Multinational company leader in its sector.
Job Description Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives across the different production plants around Europe.
Direct manufacturing and production activities to achieve corporate objectives.
Implement best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of excellence to achieve strategic business objectives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices.
Work closely with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications.
Leverage technological advancements and data analytics to drive operational improvements.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering studies is a must (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar).
Postgraduate studies at a prestigious business school will be a plus.
High English level.
Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role in an international multisite environment.
Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role.
Demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
Proven ability to leverage manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
Monitored and reported on key performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making.
Ability to make an impact, influence, and demonstrate the leadership required.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
Innovative thinker.
