What You Will Do
Step into an exciting leadership role as an Operational Excellence Director at Johnson Controls, where you will drive transformative initiatives within the EMEALA Systems (Installation) Functional team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director for EMEALA Systems, you'll have a crucial impact on our Business Units across the EMEALA region. In this position, you will lead the charge on strategic initiatives that propel Revenue Growth, Margin Expansion, Cash Improvement, Service Linkage, risk management, and enhance project management capabilities.
How You Will Do It
In this role, you will spearhead the coordination and implementation of performance improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and achieving operational excellence within the System (Installation) Function. By diligently tracking and analyzing key metrics and KPIs, you will identify trends and uncover exciting opportunities for improvement across the region. You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring operational delivery teams to enhance efficiency and productivity in all aspects of our installations. Your oversight of the Installation Excellence Risk and Escalation Process for major projects will ensure robust engagement with internal stakeholders and proactive risk management strategies.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your efforts as you partner with various departments, including operational businesses, service, finance, legal, procurement, and pricing, to coordinate and implement impactful strategic initiatives. By leading the Lesson Learnt Process across EMEALA, you will facilitate critical reviews and the sharing of insights to drive ongoing enhancements throughout our operations.
